Hello, this is Sayu's art shop~

You can browse through prints, charms and stickers (other merch is following soon!) mostly from my fandoms, but also original art!

This shop is still young, so with time I'll fill it up with more stuff~

Payment

For now payment is only accepted via paypal. Payment option with credit card is following up.

Shipping costs

I offer shipping flatrate for both worldwide and nationwide.
  • international: 4,00 EUR (one or more items)
  • Germany: 3,00 EUR (one or more items)
Shipping

Shipping goes worldwide. The delivery time depends on the destination country and is a total of preparation (3 - 7 days) + DHL shipping time. Registered mail is available. Please check out the timetable below to see the estimated shipping time for your country. If your country is not listed, please contact me under issekiakeru@googlemail.com

  • England: 2-3 workdays (Ø 2,1 wd)
  • France: 2-3 workdays (Ø 2,1 wd)
  • Spain: 2-4 workdays (Ø 2,4 wd)
  • Singapore: 8-14 workdays (Ø ?)

Combine Shipment

If you want to combine your unshipped order (due to preorder) with another order just shoot me an email and I'üü give you a promo code so that you don't have to pay shipping twice!

Cancellation


When you place an order it means that I will ship out your order very soon. I am sorry, that I can't accept cancellations. But I accept changes on your order. For example you ordered print A but changed your mind and actually want print B, that would be no problem, when you email me before I send out the actual order and if the price is the same.

Damaged Order

When an item is obviously damaged during the shipping process (severely folded, obviously crushed), I can only replace it when you chose 'registered mail' as shipping option, since whatever happens during the shipping process is not my fault and it's the post delivery's responsibility. However, they only compensate registered mail and not regular mails, I'm sorry for that. I try my best to protect my babies as well by screaming DO NOT BEND on the packages and securing them with bubble wrap.

I'd be ok with replacing prints, postcards and stickers if they get damaged in transit though, when you order from my shop again. (I'll give you a promotion code for that item so you don't have to pay for it) This applies to the shipping option 'regular mail'.

Please don't forget to include a photo! And please don't hesitate to tell me when your print is bent. I know exactly how much of a dissapointment it is to get excited over a package only to receive it in a bad shape...

Return

I'm sorry that I can't offer return, once the order is shipped. I only accept replacement for a damaged product.

Packaging

Prints
After several experiences, they are now put into a flat cardboard envelope.
If you choose Registered Mail (with tracking number) they will be backed up with a thick cardstock inside to provide extra protection.

Charms, Postcards, Sticker Sheets
They are put into bubblewrap envelopes backed up with either even more bubble wrap or thick cardstock. Postcard sets are put inside protective clear envelopes in addition to the above.

Quality

Each item will be checked on dents, bendings and scratches thoroughly before shipping. The products are made from trusted factories and widely known printers among artists in my country and overseas. After each printing, I will make a quality check and color comparison with their digital counterpart. There might be really slight color differences because of CMYK but I'll make sure that the color harmony is right.
